Hello, I'm Em
I’m here to empower you to build a life that works with the strengths of your ADHD brain.

After a lifetime of asking myself, “What the hell is wrong with me?” I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 45, and suddenly, everything made sense.

Growing up with undiagnosed ADHD was incredibly challenging. I felt like I was always one step behind, desperately trying to keep up. My way of thinking, feeling everything so deeply, and experiencing the world differently often left me feeling lonely and misunderstood.

I was told I was too much, too intense, too emotional, too impulsive, not trying hard enough. Eventually, I started believing it. Trying to mask these parts of myself was exhausting, and I lost sight of who I really was. My self-worth was practically nonexistent.

Then came my ADHD diagnosis, and my world shifted!

I still face the challenges that come with ADHD, but the difference is now I understand why. For the first time, I saw there was a reason why certain things were harder for me. It wasn’t my fault; my brain simply works differently. I stopped hating myself for my struggles, and I stopped hiding parts of myself away. More than that, I began to see these parts as my strengths. I realised that “different” doesn’t mean “less than.”
With this new understanding, I saw that I could actually work with my brain instead of constantly fighting against it. By putting practical strategies in place, I found that life didn’t have to be a daily battle. For the first time in years, I felt hope.

It’s been a journey, one that’s involved a lot of work on my mindset and unlearning beliefs that kept me stuck in people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Changing those patterns transformed my life, my outlook, and, most importantly, my relationship with myself. Living with ADHD is still challenging, but now I approach those challenges with compassion instead of frustration, and it makes all the difference.

This journey led me to pivot my coaching business to support women with late-diagnosed ADHD. I haven’t looked back since. I’m deeply passionate about helping women break free from the exhausting pressures to “just try harder” or “be better,” and finally silence those voices that say we’re not enough. My goal is to help you let go of the shame, recognise your worth, and build a life that truly fits you.

As an accredited ICF coach, a qualified ADHD coach, and an NLP practitioner, I bring over 25 years of experience in mindset and behavioural change, alongside my own lived experience. My approach centers on self-compassion, self-worth, and real strategies that fit ADHD life.
