Finding Your Way with ADHD
A Supportive Membership for Women Navigating Late Diagnosed ADHD
You finally have a diagnosis, and suddenly so much of your life makes sense.

All those times you were late for appointments (or missed them completely!), promised yourself you would stick to that new early morning routine that never quite happened, or spent hours looking for your keys that were in your hand all along. Then there’s the deeper stuff… the way you seem to feel things so much more intensely than the people around you, the way you never really feel like you fit in, or the overwhelm of constantly trying to do all the things and never quite getting on top of it all. You think, “Okay, yeah, I get it now. It’s ADHD.”

And that awareness is really helpful. But what it doesn’t do is automatically change how we see ourselves. It doesn’t undo years of being made to feel that there was something wrong with us. I was told so many times that I was too intense, lazy, stupid. So of course I started to believe it myself… and I know I’m not alone in this. I hear it from almost every woman I work with.

So yes, we work on strategies to manage your ADHD. But strategies without the mindset work can only do so much. We work on how you feel about yourself, because you cannot build confidence and consistency on top of self criticism.

What happens inside the membership?

Twice a month we meet live on Zoom (first and third Thursday at 6.30pm) where we speak about things like:

Overwhelm.
Motivation.
Rejection sensitivity.
Masking.
Burnout.
Boundaries.
Follow-through.
Confidence.
Self-trust.
All of it.

We have a mix of strategy calls, where I share ways of working with this stuff in a way that actually works for your ADHD brain, and deep coaching calls, where we dig into the mindset work, talk about what's really holding you back, and support you to build trust and confidence in yourself.

You can share as much or as little as you want on any given day, and if you have something specific going on, there is the option for “hot-seat” coaching, where I allocate time to focus on unpicking and resolving whatever is coming up for you, with additional and invaluable support from the rest of the group too.

Between calls, the WhatsApp group keeps that momentum going:

-
You can ask for support when you’re spiralling.
-
You can share goals and get accountability.
-
You can set up body doubling when getting started feels impossible.
-
You can celebrate progress with women who genuinely get it.

The shift you can expect:

-
You understand so much more about how your brain works, and you start putting strategies in place that actually work for you, rather than constantly trying things that don’t and blaming yourself when they fail.
-
The way you talk to yourself changes. You stop beating yourself up and start being a whole lot kinder.
-
You become more accepting of who you are — and you start to actually really like yourself.
-
You feel more confident showing up as yourself, without shrinking, second-guessing or overthinking every move.
This is for you if:
-
You were diagnosed later in life and are still making sense of it.
-
You’re ready to work on the deeper stuff, not just surface productivity.
-
You want support that is honest, direct and compassionate.
-
You want to be part of a community of women who genuinely understand how intense this can feel and are right in it with you.
-
You want to feel more confident in who you are, without constantly second-guessing yourself.
-
You’re passionate about living life in a way that feels good, whatever that looks like for you.
-
Maybe you’ve applied for Access to Work funding but the waiting list is still around 12 months long and you need support sooner.

What the members are saying:
“Being part of this ADHD community has been such a game changer. It’s just nice to connect with people who get it – sharing the chaos, the wins, and everything in between. The calls have been super helpful too, I’ve learned loads about how ADHD actually shows up in day to day life. Honestly, so glad I joined. Thanks so much for building this Em!”

"This group is a great place to talk to people who understand. You can share the ups and downs, and also the hilarity that ADHD often brings. It's so nice to be able to share these things when in my day to day life others quite often just don't get it."

"This group is great at shining a light on things I thought I was alone with, it's great to have the immediate support and accountability, everyone is so lovely too."
