Finding Your Way with ADHD
A Supportive Membership for Women Navigating Late-Diagnosed ADHD
If you’ve spent years feeling like you’re falling behind, second-guessing yourself, or wondering why everything seems harder than it “should” be...you’re not alone.
I created this space for women like you. Women who are ready to stop blaming themselves, start understanding their brains, and build lives that actually work for them.
Whether you’re officially diagnosed or self-identify as having ADHD, this is your invitation to be part of a community that truly gets it...no masks, no shame, just real support.

What’s Included:
Two Live Zoom Calls Each Month:

Second Thursday (6.30pm): We explore a specific ADHD-related theme, with tools, reflections, and space for questions.
Fourth Thursday (6.30pm): Live group coaching, follow up from session 1 and a space where members can bring their real-life challenges for personalised support.

Each call is designed to be gentle, supportive, and totally ADHD-friendly. You’re welcome to show up with your camera on or off, in your PJs, however you like...all welcome here!
Supportive WhatsApp Community:
This isn’t just another group chat. It’s the space where we stay connected between sessions...sharing wins, asking for support, talking through the hard stuff, and keeping each other going.

Expect:
-
Honest, unfiltered conversations (no need to mask)
-
Gentle accountability and body doubling when you need it
-
Celebrations of tiny victories and big shifts
-
Shared struggles and belly laughs when it all feels a bit much
You don’t have to do any of this on your own. This is a place we have each other's backs!

Topics We Explore:
This space is about more than just “managing ADHD.” It’s about understanding the deeper stuff...the spirals, the stuckness, the shame, the stories we’ve carried for years.

We dive into the things that really affect day-to-day life with ADHD, like:

-
Burnout and emotional exhaustion
-
Motivation struggles and executive dysfunction
-
Rejection sensitivity (RSD) and fear of judgment
-
Masking, people-pleasing and losing yourself
-
Emotional overwhelm and dysregulation
-
All-or-nothing thinking and self-sabotage
-
Inner criticism, shame and low self-worth
-
Creating routines and rhythms that work for you
-
Learning to work with — not against — your brain
-
Reclaiming your strengths, voice and needs
Each session is a mix of practical tools, self-reflection, and honest conversation. You don’t need to show up perfectly. You just need to show up as you.

What members say:
“Being part of this ADHD community has been such a game changer. It’s just nice to connect with people who get it – sharing the chaos, the wins, and everything in between. The calls have been super helpful too, I’ve learned loads about how ADHD actually shows up in day to day life. Honestly, so glad I joined. Thanks so much for building this Em!”

"This group is a great place to talk to people who understand. You can share the ups and downs, and also the hilarity that ADHD often brings. It's so nice to be able to share these things when in my day to day life others quite often just don't get it."

"This group is great at shining a light on things I thought I was alone with, it's great to have the immediate support and accountability, everyone is so lovely too."
